Now Hiring: CDL Drivers (All Classes Welcome – Class C with Passenger Endorsement Required, 14 Passenger and up) – TLC

Job Overview: We are looking for individuals with a valid CDL (any class), or those interested in obtaining a CDL. We offer resources and support to help you get your CDL and Passenger Endorsement. Once licensed, you’ll drive a 14-passenger Sprinter van, primarily for airport transfers, shuttles, tours, wedding….etc.
Key Qualifications:
CDL Required: Class C or higher with Passenger Endorsement (required)
We Offer Support: If you do not yet have your CDL, we can assist you with the resources needed to obtain your license
License Preference: New Jersey driver’s license is preferred, but not required
Experience: Previous experience driving passenger vehicles is preferred but not mandatory
Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Additional Consideration: We also welcome drivers who have a TLC (Taxi & Limousine Commission) license, or those with experience working for Uber or Lyft with a rating of 4.7 stars or higher and a solid reputation for providing outstanding customer service. Job Details:
Shifts: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with flexible morning and night shift options
Pay: $20 per hour plus tips
Contract: One-year commitment required
Vehicle: Drive a 14-passenger Sprinter van
