Family Reunion Shuttle – Everyone Arrives Together
Our family reunion shuttle service is built for the beautiful chaos of big family gatherings. Multiple pickups? No problem. Space for coolers full of Grandma’s famous potato salad? Absolutely. We’ve done reunions with 120 people across six buses arriving within minutes of each other – cousins who hadn’t seen each other in decades reuniting the moment they stepped off the bus together. The U.S. Census Bureau has family reunion statistics we love citing – we’re proud to be part of keeping families connected: U.S. Census Bureau Families Data.
Kid-Friendly Bus Transport – Actually Designed for Children
Our kid-friendly bus transport goes way beyond “children welcome.” Forward-facing car seat anchor points, booster seats in multiple sizes (free with family bookings), changing tables in larger coaches, and entertainment systems with Disney, Marvel, and educational content pre-loaded. Drivers trained in child passenger safety who know how to make kids feel like VIPs. One mom said her anxious 5-year-old who hates car rides actually asked “when do we get to ride the big fun bus again?” That’s when you know you’ve done something right.

How many car seats/boosters can you provide?
We have hundreds in stock – rear-facing, forward-facing, high-back boosters, backless boosters for every age and size (newborn to 90 pounds). They’re all less than 2 years old, professionally cleaned after every use, and installed by drivers with specific child passenger safety certification. We can accommodate up to 16 per full charter bus. Just send us the ages/weights when booking and we’ll have everything ready – no stress at pickup. We’ve had families with 9 kids under 8 – we handled it perfectly.
Are the buses really kid-friendly or just “we allow kids”?
Genuinely kid-friendly – we’re parents too. Beyond car seats, we have window clings with games, family movie libraries (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, educational), kid snack packs available, changing tables on larger buses, and drivers who know every McDonald’s play place between NYC and Montreal. The seats have washable covers because spills happen. One dad said “my kids were so entertained they didn’t ask for screens once – they played bus bingo the whole trip!” It’s transport designed for the reality of traveling with children, not just tolerating them.
Can grandparents with mobility issues ride comfortably?
Absolutely – this is one of our specialties. Low-entry buses with no steps, extra-wide aisles, seats with extra cushioning and armrests that flip up for easier transfer, and drivers trained to assist without making anyone feel helpless. We’ve transported 95-year-olds who said it was the most comfortable they’d been in years. The buses have excellent climate control (no hot or cold spots) and smooth suspension that doesn’t jar arthritis. Many families book us specifically because Grandma can come when she couldn’t with regular transport.
What entertainment options for kids on long trips?
Multiple TV screens with Disney+, Netflix (offline downloads), Spotify family playlists, and even karaoke microphones on request. We have tablet holders at seats for personal devices, and the Wi-Fi is strong enough for streaming (yes, even in rural areas). For non-screen time, we provide game packs with cards, travel bingo, and storytelling prompts. One family did a 10-hour trip to Niagara Falls with zero “I’m bored” complaints – the kids were too busy with bus karaoke and movie marathons.
Do you have buses with changing tables?
Yes, all our full charter buses and most midi coaches have dedicated changing stations with sanitation supplies. We stock diapers in common sizes (just in case), wipes, and disposal bags. Drivers are parents themselves and understand emergency diaper situations – they’ll find a safe spot to pull over if needed. For babies, we can provide bassinet storage and bottle warming capability. One mom with twins said “I was dreading the trip, but you made it easier than staying home!”
How do you handle service animals?
Service animals ride free with dedicated space near their handler, water bowls, and waste bags provided. Drivers are trained in service animal etiquette – no petting without permission, understanding commands, etc. We’ve transported guide dogs, seizure alert dogs, and mobility assistance dogs regularly. The designated space is climate-controlled and secure. One client said their service dog was more comfortable on our bus than in first class on a plane.
Can we store strollers and luggage?
Absolutely – our buses have massive undercarriage storage and interior racks specifically designed for double strollers, jogging strollers, and all the family luggage. We can fit 30+ suitcases plus 15 strollers without using passenger space. For family reunion shuttle trips, we’ve carried everything from coolers to folding chairs to wedding decor. The storage is secure and accessible during stops. No more playing Tetris with the trunk – we handle it all.
What’s your policy for kids who get carsick?
We have a specific carsick protocol – front seating for sensitive kids, motion sickness bags always stocked, drivers trained in smooth driving techniques, and we can provide ginger chews or recommend seating positions that help. For severe cases, we have buses with extra-strong AC and drivers who know the least bumpy routes. One family with a severely carsick child booked us after other companies refused – we got them to the Catskills with zero incidents by using specific techniques. Parents call us their “miracle workers” for carsick kids.
